How it works
The same journey, from both sides.
For founders
- 01You post your project with the title, description, budget, work mode and estimated duration. The project appears immediately on the public board.
- 02Interested developers apply from their account. You find every application in your dashboard, along with the candidate's name and profile.
- 03You accept the application that suits you. The developer's email then appears on the listing, and you can contact them directly to scope the project.
For developers
- 01You browse open projects and filter them by budget type, minimum amount and work mode. Each listing shows all the useful information before you apply.
- 02You apply to projects that match your profile, with a limit of one application per project. Your bio, entered at sign-up, is sent to the founder with your application.
- 03If the founder accepts your application, you get their email on the project listing. You then get in touch directly to define the terms of the collaboration.

What Misseo is, and what it is not.
Misseo is a listing board dedicated to development projects, posted by French founders running a startup. The platform is limited to matchmaking: it lets a founder describe their need, a freelance developer express interest, and both parties get in touch once an application is accepted.
Misseo is not a payment platform, a staffing agency, or a recruitment firm. We do not handle the contract, invoicing, escrow or disputes. We do not vet profiles. Once the introduction is made, you work directly with each other, like two independent professionals who sign their own contract.
